Each FindaBiz group has one seat per trade, so there is only one Book Keeper in a group and the bookkeeping referrals from that room go to them. A member currently holds the Book Keeper seat at FindaBiz Lutterworth. The seat is open in seven other groups: Coventry East, Hinckley, Kirby Muxloe, Lichfield & Tamworth, Nuneaton, Southam and Leamington Spa, and Sutton Coldfield.
If you need a Book Keeper you can trust, the members already in the network are listed below. If you run a bookkeeping business, the groups where the seat is still free are further down the page.
The Book Keeper seat is currently available in our Kirby Muxloe group. Each group has one business per trade, so it would be yours alone.
Book Keepers already in our network
Each group holds just one book keeper, so these are the businesses who own that seat in their group.

Who passes work to a Book Keeper
Accountants are the obvious partner. Many like their clients to have a Book Keeper keeping the records up to date through the year, because tidy books make year-end accounts and VAT returns quicker for everyone. An Accountant who knows a reliable Book Keeper will happily pass on small clients who need regular help, and the Book Keeper can send clients the other way when they need tax advice or formal accounts.
Mortgage Advisers and Financial Advisers often meet self-employed clients whose figures aren’t ready when a lender or provider asks for them, and they’re glad to recommend a Book Keeper who can sort those records out. Human Resources consultants come across small employers struggling to keep on top of payroll. A Business Change consultant working with a company that is restructuring will usually need clear, current figures before any decisions get made.
Some referrals come from less obvious places. A Web Designer or Marketing member is often one of the first people a new business owner talks to, and that owner will soon need someone to set up their books properly.
Why one Book Keeper per group matters
People hand a Book Keeper their bank statements, invoices and payroll, so they choose on trust. Most would rather take a name from someone they know than pick one off a search page. If you hold the only Book Keeper seat, any member who hears a client mention messy receipts or a tax deadline coming up has just one person to suggest: you.
That trust takes time to build. Members meet one to one between meetings to learn how each other’s businesses work, so an Accountant or Protection Insurance adviser can find out what kind of client you take on, which software you use and whether you handle payroll before they ever put your name forward.
