Why the Business Coach seat matters
Coaching is bought on trust. Most owners won’t commit to months of sessions with someone they found on a search engine. They want a name from a person they already rely on, and that is why a seat in a networking group matters so much to a Business Coach. Each FindaBiz group keeps one seat per trade, so there is only ever one coach in the group, and the coaching referrals from that group go to them.
The seat in FindaBiz Kirby Muxloe has already been taken. It is still open in Coventry East, Hinckley, Lichfield & Tamworth, Lutterworth, Nuneaton, Southam and Leamington Spa, and Sutton Coldfield. Below you’ll find the coaches already in the network and the groups where the seat is open.
The Business Coach seat is currently available in our Nuneaton group. Each group has one business per trade, so it would be yours alone.
Business Coachs already in our network
Each group holds just one business coach, so these are the businesses who own that seat in their group.

Trades that pass work to a business coach
Accountants and book keepers see the numbers before anyone else does. When a client’s turnover has stalled, or the owner is working very long hours for a thin margin, the accountant can explain the figures but rarely has time to help change the habits behind them. Introducing a coach they trust is easy. Financial advisers are in much the same position when an owner plans to sell or step back in a few years.
Human Resources consultants often meet managers who were promoted without much support, or owners who struggle to delegate. Marketing people, web designers and social media managers hear about growth plans that never quite get going, and a client with no clear direction is hard to market. Members in Training & Events and First Aid & Mental Health Training may come across owners who are stretched and stressed, and for them coaching can be a sensible next step.
Referrals run the other way as well. Coaching clients often need an accountant, a new website or some HR advice, and a coach who knows good people in the room is more use to them.
How a FindaBiz group helps a coach
Members pass each other referrals and meet one to one between meetings to learn about each other’s businesses. For a coach, those one to ones matter a great deal. Spend half an hour explaining how you work, who you work best with and what a first session looks like, and an accountant or HR adviser will know enough to spot the right client and recommend you with some confidence.
Because you are the only Business Coach in the group, you aren’t competing with another coach for the same introductions. Members know where to send coaching enquiries, and over time you get to know their clients too.
If you’re looking for a coach rather than offering coaching, the same trust applies. A coach recommended by another member is someone that member has sat down with more than once.
