Holding the web designer seat
Every FindaBiz group has one seat per trade, so whoever holds the Web Designer seat gets the website enquiries that come up around the table. FindaBiz Hinckley already has a Web Designer member. The seat is open in FindaBiz Coventry East, Kirby Muxloe, Lichfield & Tamworth, Lutterworth, Nuneaton, Southam and Leamington Spa and Sutton Coldfield.
If you need a web designer you can trust, the Web Designer members already in the network are listed below. The other businesses in each group know them from regular meetings and one to one conversations.
The Web Designer seat is currently available in our Nuneaton group. Each group has one business per trade, so it would be yours alone.
Web Designers already in our network
Each group holds just one web designer, so these are the businesses who own that seat in their group.

These FindaBiz groups don’t yet have a web designer. Take the seat and be the only one in the room.

Why holding the only seat matters
Most businesses buy a website once every few years, and many pick a designer because someone recommended them. When a group has one Web Designer, every member knows whose name to give when a client mentions an outdated site, a new venture or a shop that needs to take payments online. Those conversations never get split between two designers in the same room.
Members also meet one to one between meetings. For a web designer this time is worth it: the other members can only describe you accurately to someone else once they understand what you build and who you build it for.
Businesses that pass work to a web designer
Copywriters and marketing businesses are often the first to notice that a website is holding a client back, and they would rather hand the build to a designer they have met. Print & Promotional Goods suppliers produce branded material that has to match the website, so a shared client often needs both at once.
Accountants and bookkeepers see new businesses right at the start, when a first website is on the list next to registering for tax. Business change consultants work with companies that are restructuring or launching new services, which usually means new pages or a full rebuild. Training & Events members need booking pages. Care providers, financial advisers and mortgage advisers rely on clear websites that people trust before they get in touch.
Referrals go the other way too. A web designer often meets clients who need copy, marketing, printed materials or help with their accounts, so you will have introductions to pass back to the members who send you work.
