If you find yourself at a networking event not knowing what to say then this book could be the one for you. I recommend this book with a big caveat – it has a lot of anecdotes and potentially unnecessary descriptions. So if you just want the 92 little tricks I recommend a skim read. But if you have time on your sunbed you might read every word. This book covers everything from body language to how to impress a celebrity.

Never Eat Alone: And Other Secrets to Success, One Relationship at a Time by Keith Ferrazzi.

Not getting any referrals from your networking? Never Eat Alone focuses on building solid relationships and asking how you can help other people first. If you are looking to set goals this book could help you. Sidenote it can come across as a bit braggy at times but get those gems from it!
