I love this book! If you are looking to improve efficiency in any area of your business, read this book.
The insights into surgical, aviation and building sectors, made it an engaging read, or listen as I did!

If you have been desperately craving your summer holiday and the stress in your business is mounting up to breaking point, this is the book for you. Simple, practical advice to change your mindset and boost your productivity.
I also think if you are nervous about networking and want to give it a go, the chapter on overcoming fear, in this case of heights, would be a great place to start!

Good to Great – Jim Collins

This one is for the business nerds like me! An in-depth analysis of 28 companies, looking at how they outstripped their industry or competition to achieve extraordinary success. The perfect read for a business leader or someone planning to start building their team!
I like the chapter “First Who …. then What”, which talks about surrounding yourself with the right team, which I think extends to your business network!
