Tuesday 13th September 2022 saw the relaunch of FindaBiz Coventry East. With over 60 local businesses in attendance, it was a fun and lively affair!
After two years of Covid-19 restrictions, countless zoom meetings and several new venues, Coventry East was ready for a fresh start. The relaunch was attended by the current Coventry East group members, members from the wider FindaBiz network and visitors from local Coventry businesses.
The relaunch was an opportunity to shine a light on the great networking we do at FindaBiz and welcome people to our new home at the Coventry Sports and Functions club. A large function room with a beautiful view of the cricket pitch, a refreshing bar and a large car park.
The cherry on top of the evening was the delicious food and gelato ice cream, served by FindaBiz members Sticky Fingers.
The relaunch evening didn’t follow the classic FindaBiz 50-50 meeting formula, but instead was an evening of informal networking with great connections being made. One of our favourites was two business owners who didn’t know each other but realised they live on the same street!

A presentation, from group owner Amanda Bourne, outlined how FindaBiz Networking Coventry East works and that they meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 6 pm. Gemma Worthington, the FindaBiz Networking franchise manager, shared with everyone the 5 big benefits of business networking and managed to get everybody up rowing a boat as well!
