We have been running and refining our version of Speed Networking for a long time now – and we felt it was high time our "Magic" format had a name of its own. So I am delighted to introduce you to ….. SWAP networking.
This took some noodling to figure out, but I was very pleased with it when I got there. SWAP stands for – Speak with all participants, which is exactly what you get to do with our tried and tested formula. Unlike traditional Speed Networking, where you sit in two rows, and introduce yourself every other minute for the entirety of the session, in quite frankly a very noisy room – you actually get to talk to everyone. Something I have never seen achieved with the two-row method.
